  • Surprisingly not too bad. First off this a time share resort so if you booked this through a promotion deal (we got ours through Bass Pro Shop) then your experience really depends on your time with the time share presentation and sales people.

We booked a mini Vegas vacay for this past August and we were honestly a little hesitant about the 2 hour presentation. Everyone has their own opinion about time shares but for me and el viejo it's a simple no. The reviews made us nervous and we ran into a guest in the elevator who told us he'd attended the presentation and it was awful. Maybe it was because we were honest to the salesperson and her supervisor but after a rocky start my husband made it clear that he was open to getting the financial information and did not need the whole ass kissing part of the presentation. Once he said this the salesperson and her supervisors stopped being pushy and were never once rude to us.

The resort itself is very nice with spacious rooms that actually feel like apartments, a nice pool, and restaurants/convenience stores. It's also right before you enter the strip so taking an Uber is very easy. They also offer a free shuttle that will take you to the strip. I actually wish I could just book this place as an ordinary hotel. For us the presentation was totally worth the price we paid so if you don't that then you'll be able to have a nice stay here.

  • My family and I had a 3 night stay here. We enjoyed the local accommodations and shuttle to Planet Hollywood. However, we were trying to get back from planet Hollywood and waited over 45 minutes. People showed up less than 5 minutes before the shuttle and just cut the line. So, my family was split in half because there is no organization in their lines. I rode the shuttle home with my 4 year old and 12 year old while my husband had to wait for the next one with my 14 and 16 year old.

Also, when we arrived there was a big bag of trash outside of our room, which stayed there for many hours. Kind of a gross welcoming. Then I discovered a bag of trash under the bathroom sink full of dirty diapers and feminine products! Obviously left from someone before us. My husband called the front desk to let them know and they never showed up for it. So, we eventually put it outside our door. This is a "timeshare" and they want us to buy into it. We ended up checking out before our third day because we wanted to try somewhere else. Closer to the strip and cleaner. This place has a lot of potential, but it's not there yet. It just felt dirty to me...

  • This is a lovely facility especially if you're a guest. I would never go through the brutal two hour hard sell that becomes three hours before they are done.
Add in pandemic where all the rooms on and off the strip are dirt cheap.

The suites are total functional units with not only beds and bath but a kitchen, laundry and living room. The front desk will also deliver needed items. There's a small strip mall with a joint parking area that includes eateries, a bar, bagel shop, even a hookah lounge.

No report on the upstairs pool or bar; They were both closed during our visit. We did enjoy the lemon/cucumber/strawberry water in the lobby.

The club is located out of the way, but a short drive to freeways and the thick of the strip. They also have a shuttle to a couple of strip destinations. Parking is endless. 08/21

  • We were here for many time. This trip we stay when we landed from airport and stay before we take off. The first stay was jurist below average. Because the kitchen meats smell was invade entire living room when we get the room. We don't mind but the cleaning crew need to do a better job.

The second stay is nicer. The room was spacious since we order one class higher than normal one bedroom apartment. It has bigger living room with pull down sofa. The room has two showers and two sink. Not bad at all. Check in is 4 pm and check out is 10 am. They were able to allow us late check out.

Amenities include swimming pool, fitness room, patio and more. They do have presidential suit. It is full two bedroom suit with a lot of space.

  • Stayed here over Memorial Day weekend. It was nice to be able to stay here during a busy weekend. I had read many of the reviews and was frankly stressing out over the bad reviews and expecting the absolute worse. I did book it through the time share thing so it was cheap and of course had to do the 2 hour presentation.

The room was very clean and well kept had almost every appliance you need if you were staying a week. there wasn't any bad smells and everything seemed very neat and sanitized.

It's cool they have a few places and shops to be able to buy any necessities and maybe get some late night food. (Las Vegas greatest pizza) yeah that's a sham.

The shuttle was pretty prompt every 30 mins or so. They need to fix the AC in that thing it was pretty warm.

The location isn't the greatest but it's not the worst. It is right by the airport but honestly it's not that loud.

The customer service was friendly and helpful. Quick to check you in. They even let us do a late check out which was appreciated.

the presentation was a tad too long and I get it the salespeople will talk A LOT but our guy wasn't rude and seemed genuine. When came down to the price it was a tad overwhelming. When I said I couldn't the first couple times then his "manager" came over and offered me the world probably would have given us his first born. I still said no. I didn't appreciate how pushy he was but I also understand they're trying to make money.

All in all it was a great experience and I had a good time. I'd stay here again without the presentation next time.

  • 1st the positives. Rooms are nice size and the staff are friendly. Yogurt machine in the lobby. Large shower - awesome!

Now the negatives.  It's in the middle of nowhere with sleezy people hanging out all over the place. The smell of pot reeks everywhere. If you end up on the 4th floor make sure you are past Room 450 otherwise you will be smelling chlorine constantly from the pool.

We have called 4 times today to replace towels and are still waiting. It has been 7 hours. Because we were in town for 9 days we thought that we deserved at least some clean towels. Apparently not. We are not complainers and have requested nothing other than this. unbelievable. And meanwhile the timeshare people are still pushing the sales downstairs... the place's VM answers with 'we value you, excellent service,...' yada yada yada. Not sure what location they're talking about because it isn't here.

I have no idea how people are falling for the time share sales pitch here. We've stayed in many many timesshares and doing a presentation here would have been the main reason to never purchase one. Thank God this was just an extra point trade for us.

  • Decent place to stay. Dryer in unit sucks though, spent at least 5-6 hours and my clothes didn't even dry even though it was a super small load.

Place would get a solid 3-3.5 stars but their sales people are ridiculous.

If you're doing the mandatory presentations, beware. Middle aged, middle eastern guy with the glasses (David?) is the sleaziest and undeservedly overconfident salesman I've ever seen, and you'll be forced to talk to him. Personally didn't care enough to get his name because he just kept going on and on when the previous representative practically already made the sale. Guy definitely has been running his sales mannerisms for too many decades, sounding like an outdated car salesman from the 80s that's selling you a POS lemon for a car and ruined it for his coworker. He also had us held up and made us wait for over four hours when the presentation and everything should've only taken 2-3. Saddest part is we bought in and signed and they left us hanging for 45-60 minutes with no updates, so thanks David or whatever for being a wonderful salesman. I'm truly glad you forgot how to close deals and treat clients. You definitely saved us from spending a down payment on a house for 'timeshare points'. In case he reads this, i definitely hope you can eventually mature out of whatever mental state you're in and no longer have the need to full send your ego to every table.

Also David, do BlueGreen a favor and get rid of the bell you want rung when a sale is made (90% sure it's your idea). It's such a super old, cringey, and cheesy tactic to make other people want to buy in.

Lastly, let the representative leave the table, whether it's to get help, use the restroom, or get snacks. We're in 2021, not 1965. Only a complete idiot wouldn't know that it's another tactic to pressure people into buying in as well by making it difficult/awkward to talk to our spouse or whatever about spending tens of thousands of dollars on you and your paycheck/commission.

  • Would give less the a start - 1 hr presentation is 2hr and counting - huge waste of time - then I was treated with disrespect by a sales scammer and I walked out.    Watch out and be careful

  • A while back at the Colorado State Fairgrounds, there were some representatives from Bluegreen Vacations who stopped us and gave us their spiel on a deal they were offering. After listening to them, everything sounded legit so we gave them a deposit that day and waited until we could go on this vacation.

I'm not going to go into too much detail, but the trip included a 3 day 4 night stay at their resort, a discounted show to choose from and a free cruise. All we had to do was attend the sales presentation.

Bluegreen vacation scam warning

Bluegreen Club 36 is part of the Bluegreen time-share club -- meaning that the rooms are all one- or two-bedroom apartments with full kitchens and washer/dryers. Non-members, however, can still book a room at the hotel as regular guests.

Club 36 is getting a lot of attention from its members, mostly because it's the first West Coast property in the Bluegreen network (all others are located in the East Coast). Unless you're one of the time-share owners though, there's nothing to get too excited about. Everything, well, seems to be working against it -- only an indoor pool, a remote location in audible range of the airport, and very few dining options around.

Like anywhere in Vegas, this hotel's got a theme. As a nod to its airport-adjacent location, they went with "the golden age of air travel." The pool cafe is named after Amelia Earhart, and there are homages to her around the hotel, along with black-and-white photographs of Cessna planes and early Air Force pilots. The rooms even come with retro clock radios.

For better apartment-style accommodations in Vegas, you'll find greater value in the Hilton Grand Vacations Club At the Las Vegas Hilton or Marriott Grand Chateau. Both have better locations, ample guest room space, and bright, sunny interiors.
