Who carries caffeine free pepsi DEFAULT

Caffeine Free Pepsi has vanished from supermarket shelves. Online retailer like Amazon and Walmart have been out of stock for weeks. Many people are wondering if this is a shortage, or has it been discontinued.

Pepsi Caffeine Free is not permanently discontinued. There is a spike in demand for canned soft drinks caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, there is a shortage of aluminum used for beverage cans. Most soft drink manufacturers have temporarily limited production of some products until the aluminum shortage is resolved.

Rest assured that Pepsi Caffeine Free will return soon. In the meantime, it may be possible to find it occasionally in supermarkets and online.

Where can I buy Caffeine Free Pepsi?

Walmart gets a high priority from manufacturers. So, their website is a good place to check for stock. As of 10/11/2020, Walmart was still out of stock. Here is the link so you can check yourselfOpens in a new tab..

Amazon also has pull with manufacturers, but they are also a marketplace. So, smaller vendors can jump in if they have any stock. On 10/11/2020, there was still some in stock from marketplace vendors, but there were only a few left. They’re also a bit pricey. Here are the links:

I checked Target’s website. They don’t seem to ship any sodas. You will need to go to your local Target to see if they have any.

Check for bottles (but not 2 liter) at your supermarket

Watch out for grocery delivery

Grocery delivery sites like Instacart and Amazon Fresh and Whole Foods often don’t have up-to-date information about stock on their websites. This means it may look like its in stock, when in fact it is not.

I recently tried to buy Pepsi Caffeine Free from Instacart through Target. The website said it was in stock, so I put it in my cart. The minimum order was $35 (I think) so I added a bunch of random stuff until I hit $35. Soon after I placed the order, I got a note from the shopper that everything was in stock, EXCEPT the Pepsi. Ugh.

Is Caffeine Free Coke available?

Caffeine-Free Pepsi

Caffeine-Free Pepsi is a version of the colaPepsi that omits the caffeine that is customarily part of a cola. It was introduced, under the brand name "Pepsi Free", in 1982 by PepsiCo as the first major-brand caffeine-free cola sold in years.[1] A sugar-free variant, originally known as "Diet Pepsi Free", was also introduced. The "Pepsi Free" name itself was phased out in 1987, and today these colas are known simply as "Caffeine-Free Pepsi" and "Caffeine-Free Diet Pepsi".

When it was first introduced, Caffeine-Free Pepsi's label background was red, but to avoid any confusion with Coca-Cola, the background color was changed to gold in 1987. As part of Pepsi's changing their background to blue in 1998, Pepsi Caffeine Free's background changed to blue with the letters outlined in gold. In 2008, the caffeine-free version reverted to a gold background. Caffeine-Free Coca-Cola labels also have a gold background. The logo letters are bordered in red for the regular variety; in the case of the diet variety, they are entirely red in color.

In popular culture[edit]

Two cans of Pepsi Free are seen, at separate times, in the 1983 film Mr. Mom.

Two-liter bottles and six-packs of cans of Pepsi Free appear in a refrigerator case behind Sylvester Stallone's character in the grocery store scene in the 1986 film Cobra.

Pepsi Free was the subject of a scene in the 1985 film Back to the Future. Upon entering a café in 1955, Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) asks for a Tab (Coca-Cola's first version of a sugar-free soft drink, which was not available until 1963) and is told that he cannot have a "tab," unless he orders something. He then asks for a Pepsi Free (also not available in the 1950s) and is told, "If you want a Pepsi, pal, you're gonna pay for it!" ("Free" is here being mistaken for gratis.) Finally, he asks for "something without any sugar in it," and is served black coffee.

A can of Diet Pepsi Free can be seen beside Marty's alarm clock towards the beginning of the movie when Doc (Christopher Lloyd) calls him to remind him to meet him at the mall. The can is also seen toward the end of the movie when Marty wakes up in the morning at his house in 1985.

When introduced, Pepsi Free was available in cans, 2 liter bottles, and 20 ounce glass bottles. Caffeine-Free Pepsi is currently available in cans, 16 oz. plastic bottles and 2 liters, though availability varies from store to store (for instance, 16 oz. bottles are typically only available in convenience stores, and some grocers may only have the product in 12 oz cans, if they carry it at all).

  1. ^The Canada Dry Company had marketed "Sport Cola", which was also caffeine-free, in the 1960s, but that brand of cola was not a success.

Is all Coke Zero Caffeine Free

Caffeine is great for increasing your energy, and focus, however, too much can make you jittery so sometimes you need to enjoy caffeine free versions of your favorite drinks.

Caffeine free Pepsi is a great option for that.

But, you may have noticed a shortage of caffeine free Pepsi and wondered why that is…

As a whole, the caffeine free Pepsi shortage is a result of the shortage of aluminum, which is said to have been caused by the outbreak of Covid-19 in early 2020.

As a result, there is a shortage of not only cans of caffeine free Pepsi but also many other sodas, and aluminium-related products.

It can be difficult to find in stores, but there are many good places to buy it at a good price online.

Whether you’re interested in whether the alternative caffeine free colas from the big brands are available if Coke Zero is caffeine free, and whether Sprite is caffeine free.

This article will explain everything you need to know about why there’s a shortage of caffeine free Pepsi.

Is caffeine free Coke still made?

Is all Coke Zero Caffeine Free

Coca cola, and Pepsi are the two largest soda manufacturers in the USA.

But, do they still make caffeine free Coke? I did some research and here’s what I found.

Caffeine free Coca Cola classic is still made, and is widely available.

It’s listed as one of the brands on the official Coca Cola website.

And they also have a map that shows what stores are currently selling it.

You can access the page where you can find stores that sell it on the official Coca Cola website here.

The cans and bottles look slightly different to Coca Cola classic, instead of red and white, the colors on it are red and gold.

Interestingly, Coca Cola has said that they add caffeine to cola to improve its taste.

And in my extensive research of a range of different sodas and colas – it appears that virtually all of the colas on the market today add caffeine to their colas.

And caffeine free versions of their colas are only made as a special case on top of their standard colas.

Is all Coke Zero Caffeine Free?

Is all Coke Zero Caffeine Free

Coke Zero is a great way to drink Coke without consuming as much sugar and is well known for having zero sugar and zero calories.

But, is standard Coke Zero also caffeine free?

As a general rule, all Coke Zero flavors contain caffeine.

Also, the amount of caffeine they contain is virtually the same as Coca Cola classic.

There is a version of Coke Zero called ‘Coke Zero Caffeine-free’.

On the packaging, it says ‘Coca Cola Caffeine Free Zero Sugar’.

Therefore, Coke Zero can be either caffeine free or contain caffeine depending on which version of it you buy.

Can you get caffeine free Pepsi?

Can you get caffeine free Pepsi

Although there has been a shortage of caffeine free Pepsi, I was wondering whether it is still available and whether you can still buy it.

Caffeine free Pepsi is widely available online on Amazon.

However, it can still be in limited supply in physical stores.

And, isn’t available from big supermarket chains like Walmart.

Walmart though carries Diet caffeine free Pepsi 12 fl. oz. cans in packs of 12, 20, and 36.

Due to the shortage of aluminum cans in my opinion, soda companies would prioritize sodas that they sell the most of.

So, that they can provide soda to the most customers.

It does, though, pay to look at different listings for caffeine free Pepsi on Amazon because some sellers are selling them at a large markup as a result of the limited supply.

On the other hand, some sellers still sell them at about the same price it’s normally sold for.

Additionally, Walmart sells Diet caffeine free Pepsi at the same price sodas typically sell for, and is a good option if all the sellers on Amazon are sold out, and none of the stores nearby sell standard caffeine free Pepsi.

Is all Sprite caffeine free?

Is all Sprite caffeine free

Sprite is one of the most popular lemonades, and virtually everyone has heard of it.

But, does it contain caffeine like Coke, or is it caffeine free.

Here’s what I found.

As a whole, all Sprite is caffeine free and caffeine is very rarely added in other brands of lemonade as well.

Typically, caffeine is only added to colas to improve their taste.

But, it can also be added to energy drinks which gives them even more energy.

As a side note, caffeine is naturally found in plants, which are processed to produce a caffeine extract which can then be added to soft drinks.

What soda has the least caffeine?

What soda has the least caffeine

Certain sodas contain caffeine whereas others don’t.

And, if you drink a lot of coffee it can be a good idea to reduce your caffeine intake to not go over the recommended daily limit.

So, then which sodas have the least amount of caffeine?

As a general rule, all sodas except for colas will contain the least amount of caffeine.

In fact, virtually all non-cola sodas like Sprite, Fanta, and 7Up contain no caffeine at all.

There are a few exceptions here and there, so it pays to check the label before buying it.

How much caffeine in your diet is too much? Here’s a table that summarizes how much coffee, and soda you can drink and be within the recommended daily caffeine intake (source: Mayo Clinic):

BeverageCaffeine content per cup (250 mL or 8.4 fl. oz.)Maximum recommended daily consumption
Cola sodas21 mg20 cups
Coffee95 mg4 cups

As you can see from the table, you can drink virtually as much cola-like Coca Cola or Pepsi in a day as you like and still be under the recommended daily caffeine consumption.

But, that typically isn’t a good idea because sodas can contain a lot of sugar, and around 1-2 cups of soda will cause you to reach your daily sugar intake.

However, if you don’t drink coffee and you go with the zero sugar options, you don’t need to worry about your caffeine intake.

You do need to monitor how much coffee you drink though, to ensure you don’t consume too much caffeine on any given day.

But, it’s usually only an issue if you drink coffee the whole day.

Or, drink more than one or two very strong coffees such as a triple shot.
